Mr. David A. Clark has been the President of Physician Services at MEDNAX, Inc. since November 7, 2016 and has been its President of Mednax National Medical Group Division since January 2017. Mr. Clark serves as President of Western Division at Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. He served as the President of Western Division at MEDNAX, Inc. since June 2015 until November 7, 2016 and also served as its Chief Operating Officer of Pediatrix Medical Group from August 2008 to April 2015. Mr. Clark served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. from December 2003 to August 2008. Mr. Clark joined Pediatrix Medical Group in May 2001 through the acquisition of Magella Healthcare. Previously, he served as Vice President of Operations at South Central Region from June 2001 to November 2003 and as Vice President of Development for Magella Healthcare from January 1999 to May 2001. He held various senior management positions and spent five years with the accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Clark received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
