Mr. Peters was a Consultant of Surgical Directions, LLC. He co-founded Presurgical Care Management System in 2005. Mr. Peters has over 25 years of experience working with physicians and hospitals in addressing the operational, financial and political issues of large, complex academic and non-academic health care organizations. He has worked with numerous surgical and anesthesia departments and understands the complexities and importance of these services to the organization's financial performance and reputation. Mr. Peters has worked with and conducted turnarounds for over 30 academic hospitals, community hospitals, health systems and physician groups, Nationwide.
