Mr. Steven C. Collins has been Senior Vice President of Business Development at MEDNAX, Inc. (formerly Pediatrix Medical Group Inc) since January 2010 and served as its Vice President of Business Development from July 2003 to January 2010. Mr. Collins joined Pediatrix in July 2003, with more than 12 years of strategic planning, merger and acquisition experience. Prior to joining Pediatrix Medical Group Inc., Mr. Collins held various senior management positions, including four years with AutoNation, Inc., in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, as Director and Vice President for Corporate Development and two years with KPMG Corporate Finance LLC, in Baltimore, Maryland, as Director. Mr. Collins also spent two years with Baxter International where he was responsible for developing new business initiatives in Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. Mr. Collins received a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland and a master's degree in business administration from Pepperdine University.
