Leadership needs to recognize employees by their work ethic and integrity. Instead, people who attend college courses during work our and people who go to the gym in the middle of the day get promoted.
They ask alot but dont value their employees
Insurance is terrible. Pay is terrible. Paid Leave is ok. You are expected to take on the work of 2-3 people and when you ask for a raise, they tell you they pay through fair market value. But yet our salaries are public through govsalaries.com so we know what the lazy people make.

A lot of old of passive aggresive employees who are more worried about looking at what the other person is doing instead of worrying about their own business
There is no cohesiveness. No dissent allowed. The marketing team is horrible. The VP is the most negative person you can meet and yet she is suppose to market a valuable healthcare system. The executives don't leave their offices (or home offices).
Yes Memorial Hospital lack effective teamwork everyone is worried about what the next person is doing.
A manager that is more involved and keeps employee up-to-date on the progress and happenings w/in the hospital and department.
