The new bosses aren't friendly with their polices
Upper leadership and management do not lead by example and they are not supportive.
Leadership needs to recognize employees by their work ethic and integrity. Instead, people who attend college courses during work our and people who go to the gym in the middle of the day get promoted.

Insurance is terrible. Pay is terrible. Paid Leave is ok. You are expected to take on the work of 2-3 people and when you ask for a raise, they tell you they pay through fair market value. But yet our salaries are public through govsalaries.com so we know what the lazy people make.

Highly communicative and effective team
Communication is the name of the game
A lot of old of passive aggresive employees who are more worried about looking at what the other person is doing instead of worrying about their own business
There is no cohesiveness. No dissent allowed. The marketing team is horrible. The VP is the most negative person you can meet and yet she is suppose to market a valuable healthcare system. The executives don't leave their offices (or home offices).

A manager that is more involved and keeps employee up-to-date on the progress and happenings w/in the hospital and department.

The TAC team is a complete disaster. They called me months after I applied. They don't return calls.
i liked having the phone interview first to learn my hours and my wage before i had an in person interview
Getting the job, I wanted and needed it
