Underpaid, over worked. Patient care has went downhill. People are struggling to pay their bills with mediocre salaries while they watch the ceo pull up in a brand new BMW. Its disheartening and disgusting. Maybe he should live on the salary of the lowest paid employee for a few months.....

Coworkers are very nice. Pay is HORRIBLE! they pay the least out of all healhcare systems

They don't care for their department

MHS pays low and the culture is one of favoritism. The CEO talks about paying millions to traveling nurses and our raises in 2020 did not happen, but yet in the last year there have been so many bogus promotions and they are all the CEO's favorites.

My overall experience has been mostly positive in my immediate department and leaders. However, I have never met my leaders leaders.

Upper leadership and management do not lead by example and they are not supportive.

Leadership needs to recognize employees by their work ethic and integrity. Instead, people who attend college courses during work our and people who go to the gym in the middle of the day get promoted.

The matching program is not too bad

They ask alot but dont value their employees

Insurance is terrible. Pay is terrible. Paid Leave is ok. You are expected to take on the work of 2-3 people and when you ask for a raise, they tell you they pay through fair market value. But yet our salaries are public through govsalaries.com so we know what the lazy people make.

A lot of old of passive aggresive employees who are more worried about looking at what the other person is doing instead of worrying about their own business

There is no cohesiveness. No dissent allowed. The marketing team is horrible. The VP is the most negative person you can meet and yet she is suppose to market a valuable healthcare system. The executives don't leave their offices (or home offices).

Yes Memorial Hospital lack effective teamwork everyone is worried about what the next person is doing.

I like what I do. Culture and diversity is great. Everyone gets along great and for the greater good of the patient.

There is nothing positive about working here.
