What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Toxic culture, hallway conversations make or break people's careers.
Empathy. Honesty. Compassion. Passion. Honestly the worst group of execs I have ever worked with. Raj has basically replaced the old crowd with his in network cronies. Lately fires women and replaces with Indian men.
Higher more individual contributors and execute on strategy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
very competitive base salary that has been consistently and fairly adjusted as I've grown at the company

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health care benefits cheapened year after year. Comp not keeping up and not competitive with peers. Equity grants have been reduced to the point of being trivial and token.
Comp not keeping up with market. Benefits keep getting cut year over year. Exec team insists on denial.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The engineering ICs are amazing and second to none.
Low level ICs are some sharp and motivated people. There’s an alarming lack of empathy though. “What have you done to help me today” runs ra
my team is really close and we work hard to support each other and celebrate everyone's successes.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Listen more and pay attention to the business
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the culture has suffered a little bit during covid work from home, but the office culture is very strong and very very social, even across departments when it comes to getting together to hang out and attend events.
Job security is a joke. Boy's club is rampant and toxic.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Kick out the bullies. At this point that means kicking out Raj and trying to do damage control before everyone else leaves.
More collaboration and better listening
What did you like most about the interview process?
Attempt at looking at the whole person instead of whiteboard hazing.

Working with some sharp and motivated people. There’s a handful of top shelf folks hidden in the background that are amazin
