What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very approachable. I could ask to do lunch with any of them, and they would very likely accept.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The onsite amenities are very good. We have a subsidized cafeteria, great gym/weight room/sauna/hot tub/locker room, and everyone has their own office with standing chairs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Payscale, Glassdoor, and Comparably all range from telling me I'm 30-60% underpaid

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a very laid back environment, which is nice sometimes, but if you're more on the driven side, it can be demotivating at times.

The most important thing for me is working directly with people that I enjoy being around and that I share something in common with. I have that here, but not always with people that I work directly with.
