Specifically, the city i work in, Meow Wolf is run by a bunch of people who love casinos and only care about stats similar to hotels. They are run by people who dont ynderstand what the embodiment of what Meow Wolf is. meow wolf was supposed to be a safe space for the weirdos, but not this place.

The people supprt wach other but not upper management

The vision and the dental dont come out of our paucheck at all.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication & Accountability. They have to step up every time a worker gets harassed
