What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its adequate enough for me.
Salary is fair and goes up based on performance
Insurance is the best in industry
Benefits are great. Hikes are good
more cash less stocks and bonus
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher medical benefits should be good
Base is very low Stocks and refreshers are a joke
Cisco Meraki compensation is not competitive within the Market. People don't work for Cisco Meraki because of pay. People work for Cisco Meraki because of culture, leadership and development opportunities.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
helping each others every day
People feel encouraged and welcome
always putting customers first; encouraging innovation
You are totally free to work from home or at the office. No pressure. Not a lot control on the expenses, especially traveling expenses, which is cool because my management is confident with me. Culture is all around sharing, internally and externally.

interactive and helpfull always during the interview
well balanced, friendly, encouraging and deeply technical
being informed of what was expected at each stage of process
Everything is good, only the interview process take time.
It was a challenge, and the enthusiasm of the interviewers talking about the company helped sell me on the company.
