What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Before you send a severance package, make sure you let the employee know first. This just happened to my friend and I am absolutely appalled. They say they care about their people, but not from what I’ve see
What is the best part about your compensation package?
You can take on special projects and not get recognized for them. No spot bonus or exceptional rating in a performance review. “You’re lucky you got 3%”. —

They should have paid based on market standards and not past salaries

Talking to other employees that experience the same issues I have. No actions are taken from employee surveys or spot checks.
