What's going wrong and how can it be improved?People are not treated well by claims and that's management and executives fault.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Fair raises and fair bonuses. Why are employees of other departments getting part of another departments bonuses?
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Stop the blatant favoritism. Appreciate your best employees with raises instead of just more work. Make sure your middle management is actually working and up to date on industry and company standards.
