A strong nurses union that is company wide
What are some of the best things about your team?
Fellow nurses they are great
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No mandatory overtime for nurses, better communication with staff other than posting memos in breakroom, med room, bathroom, and at nurses station.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Well, I accepted the job at the interview. Again, accepted the job when I got the call from HR. Started orientation, and went to the manager for my schedule. She said she didn't know I started.
