What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Family atmosphere, everyone is welcoming and encouraging
Helpings with the older community!
Most of the nurses attempt to educate and explain policies and procedures to the new nurses. The respect we have for each other keeps the team work strong and efficient. Of course there are a few with attitudes but they don't last long.
Mixed culture so you get to know everyone for who they really are

There's a fairly laidback atmosphere here. As long as the work gets done on time and done well, there is plenty of time for banter. I laugh more at this job than I have at any previous one.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More respect for what I do in my job. Another person was put ahead of me in seniority that I do not agree with. I'm extremely upset about it.
Care about staff, show appreciation through bonuses, fun activities. Make it worth all the hard work we do.
