On a whole, it has been positive. The department I am in is fairly new so we have experienced some turnover that continues to set us back. It makes for long hours and a heavy workload. Not to say that it goes unnoticed. My boss and his boss have gone above and beyond for me when I needed it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical benefits are incredible! Plus a 6% matching contribution to my 401k.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together well and everyone is very knowledgable about their positions.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The panel interview was fun. They made sure I was comfortable and laughing.
What makes you most happy at work?
Serving our patients the best we can and having fun while we do it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct supervisor is amazing. I really couldn't ask for anyone better. His bosses, however, aren't very involved and are a little too concerned about the bottom line.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's a fairly laidback atmosphere here. As long as the work gets done on time and done well, there is plenty of time for banter. I laugh more at this job than I have at any previous one.
