What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparent, open, honest, and approachable. They care about our wellbeing and it shows.

Open, transparent, honest. Experienced group that allows people to flourish.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Practicing the culture preached. Find a strategy and build on it so your employees can do good work. Stop making shady decisions in the shadows.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare is free for full time employees. Very flexible work schedule (balance of in-office and remote work). Fun perks if you're in Atlanta and like sports or concerts.
Health care benefits are taken care of for individuals, and are very attractive for families. It allows us to go further with our money.
Benefits. Really, really great coverage.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The leadership creates an unempowered, gossipy, combative culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They try to care about you
Honest, transparent, and hard working, just like the example set from executive team. Friendly.
People are friendly and really intelligent. They are selective with who they hire for key jobs, which is great. Everyone believes in the company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My immediate team mates are great, but outside of them is the same workaholism encouraged by leadership

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At some point the day ends
The tickets to sporting events and the flexibility to WFH
Management clearly makes efforts to make this a great place to be and allow anyone to step up and contribute.
It's fast-paced but does not feel high-pressure, if that makes sense.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Conversational. Depending on the role it can be very structured but others are laid back.

Stop selling a dream about the company

Knowing that my work will make a difference for this company and other's in it.
