The leadership is usually very good and understanding although sometimes they aren't great with communication.

Being in control of my own work and knowing that as long as I've gotten my work done all will be okay.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is focused on providing the best data for the clients but we are not micromanaged. We are treated as adults and expected to perform as such.
