They live the Core values and help lead work/life balance expectations. I won't get a call on vacation from anyone on the leadership team

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is no where near competitive and under market value. I would feel better if I was paid my market value as well as a re-evaluation of the structure of moving up in the company, as it feels like there is no room for moving up.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very caring, supportive and fun to work with.

work/life balance & freedom to get work done in the way I recommend
