What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct reports are superstars, and will be amongst the industry leaders as they progress in their careers. The industry is small, so there are some I've worked with before and cherish.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
supportive and helpful always and listen
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Change leadership or train them in mastering soft skills. They are very aware of what is lacking others' soft skills, but have none to offer.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was personable and had great energy. Very smart, and great chemistry.
