What do you like best about the leadership team?
Have an open door policy and are willing to hear feedback and ideas from across the company.
Leadership seems to be accessible to employee concerns
Leadership is bought in to the company, very transparent, and knows/understands the value of their people. They are constantly evolving and looking for ways to improve. Feedback is very valued by the team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pyramid Scheme from the Top down. The leaders are the ones who create the company not the workers, if you have a lying management team then you will always have disgruntled employees, the root of the issue is the CEO and his puppets he promotes who ask how high to jump when the ego maniac says jump
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Sensible PTO provides us with a lot of flexibility

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fire the CEO and the Chief of Staff
What are some of the best things about your team?
All willing to work together to solve problems. Everyone is hands on and no one says "that's not my job"
Willingness to work together and support each other professionally and personally

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly. There are a lot of opportunities to come together for parties, happy hours, or other outside of work activities. There are a lot of genuine friendships at MetroStar.
