Ms. Lynn K. Hobbie has been Executive Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Madison Gas and Electric Company since March 6, 2017 and served as its Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications since February 1, 2000 until March 3, 2017. Ms. Hobbie served as Vice President of Marketing at Madison Gas & Electric Company and MGE Energy Inc., from May 1, 1996 to February 1, 2000 and served as its Senior Vice President of Madison Gas & Electric Company. Her responsibilities include marketing, corporate communications, customer service and economic development. She has been a Director of Home Bancorp Wisconsin, Inc., since 2002 and Home Savings Bank since 2002. Ms. Hobbie served on various City of Madison committees, including Community Development Block Grant Commission and the Police and Fire Commission. She also served on a variety of boards including the Energy Center of Wisconsin and the Madison Children's Museum. She serves on the boards of 1000 Friends of Wisconsin, the Greater Madison Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Wisconsin Public Utilities Institute and on the community advisory board of Chazen Museum of Art on the University of Wisconsin-Madison Campus. Ms. Hobbie has the board extensive business experience as well as an outstanding history of community involvement in Home Savings Bank's market. She holds Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a Master's degree in Land Resources, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
