What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're very accessible, so everyone's voice is heard.
Leadership team has an open door policy and will always take the time to sit down and talk with employees when they ask.

It's really strong for a small company because of our relationship with our parent company.
Preventative care is covered at 100%, 401K with match, great PTO policy
