They have many options available for the benefits and they encourage loyalty to the company and belief in the vision with stock options as well as 401k incentives.
We get 401k and PTO.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
yes. I know its not just me either. We are worked to death with no time off. How do the front desk people get off every weekend and the ones who are actually packing and making the products the ones who dont get paid? let the ones who just sit there come and pack some boxes and maybe we will.
