What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to stop working us like we are robots. We all have families and lives to live. If the plant would just go Mon-Fri we would have so many workers and we would be able to keep up with production. Stop working us to death but then the front desk people get off every single weekend. its wrong.
They need to communicate better
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They offer a compensation package

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
yes. I know its not just me either. We are worked to death with no time off. How do the front desk people get off every weekend and the ones who are actually packing and making the products the ones who dont get paid? let the ones who just sit there come and pack some boxes and maybe we will.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We always work together on how to improve ourselves as a team and make sure our work load is even amongst each other.
Everything is good and the best part is the crew
I work in the Quality side of the organization and our team is small, which allows us to be agile and flexible to meet the needs of the business; however, management sees the need to grow our team and is investing accordingly.
They are always willing to help.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The staff and the food
Nothing is positive. Not one thing. This is the worst place I have ever worked. its no wonder this place cant keep workers. No one wants to be treated poorly.
Everyone is committed to a quality mindset with a driven desire to see improvements across the business.
It is a good environment and comfortable.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Making sure all the night shift crew gets as much attention as the day and mid shift crews

My interviewer made me feel comfortable even though I laughed at an awkward time. I didn’t feel as if I blew my chanc
How they dont tell you for the rest of your time working for them you will have to work saturdays and even some sundays or be fired. they told me i would have every other weekend off and i never have every other weekend off. I want to see my family and spend time with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was easy and smooth with all interviewers, which was all the way up to our team VP. It was good to see how the vision works up and down the organization.
That they were friendly and they asked easy questions.

What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to come to work with people that make my job fun.
Facing new challenges each day even if the problems encountered are similar. Working with cross-functional teams to solve these problems is a fun time as well.
Facing different, although similar, challenges each day. The team I work for supports all of our manufacturing facilities. I may be working on a particular problem, but each plant faces a similar, yet different, problem related to it.
That i get to make a difference.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everyone needs to stop worrying about production and money. If you dont work us like robots and only m-f then we would have many more workers and everyone would come everyday knowing they were having time off. also the snow policy needs to change. I shouldnt have to risk my life to come to a job.
