We have the best in our plant so far
They are aligning business needs with success and ensure our manufacturing plants get the necessary capital they need to improve or replace aging technology.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to stop working us like we are robots. We all have families and lives to live. If the plant would just go Mon-Fri we would have so many workers and we would be able to keep up with production. Stop working us to death but then the front desk people get off every single weekend. its wrong.
