They need to understand what is actually going on in the day to day world of the people that are solving the problems. It's easy to stand off in the distance and say you're not doing it right when you don't understand much of anything that goes into the decision making process for problem solving.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay that is comparable to the economy and the cost of living.

I did not get any raise when I took on a senior leadership position and more responsibility. Upon taking over for my team, I realized there was someone else on the team that contributes much less and had a higher salary.

I have talked to other engineers that are friends of mine and I am way underpaid compared to them

The camaraderie, the way we support each other.

They are a team. They work together and help each other out. No one will get left behind or hung out to dry. We protect each other, and have each other's back's

We care for one another

Michelin's number one value is respect for people. The culture is negative, derogatory at times, and always looking to blame and punish someone for any little mistake. We should be using these opportunities to grow and get better instead of beating people down and decreasing their self value / worth

We believe in people and empowerment, at least among key people in the upper levels

People don't let the stress of daily operations affect their behavior.

They attempt to empower their employees.

Having time/ resources to produce great work.

Being proud of the company I represent.

Completing difficult projects. Being acknowledged and rewarded for them.

Staying busy and solving problems...something not monotonous

Listening to and working with operators and experts on the favtory floor
