They need to understand what is actually going on in the day to day world of the people that are solving the problems. It's easy to stand off in the distance and say you're not doing it right when you don't understand much of anything that goes into the decision making process for problem solving.

Michelin's number one value is respect for people. The culture is negative, derogatory at times, and always looking to blame and punish someone for any little mistake. We should be using these opportunities to grow and get better instead of beating people down and decreasing their self value / worth
