I really enjoy my coworkers and the job itself isn't bad. The hours aren't ideal but we make do

I wish they would that there was more transparency, and managers wouldn't put so much of their work off on employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They keep dropping more work on us, but do not provide additional/incremental training, nor compensation for the additional workload. Feel completely under valued as an employee, just another cog in the machine.
