Mr. Mike Steinmetz serves as Executive Vice President of Support, Professional Services & License Verification of Micro Focus International plc and served as its President of Sales and Senior Vice President. Mr. Steinmetz served as Vice President of Worldwide Maintenance Renewals & Inside Sales Micro Focus at Micro Focus International plc. Mr. Steinmetz joined Micro Focus in July, 2009 and is responsible for building the Inside Sales (Telesales) Division and focusing on customer retention through Maintenance Renewals. Mr. Steinmetz served as President of Worldwide Maintenance Renewals & Inside Sales at Micro Focus International plc. He has more than 15 years' experience in sales leadership roles within enterprise software organizations. Prior to Micro Focus, he served as the World Wide Vice President of Professional Services, Maintenance Renewals and Technical Support for the NetIQ business unit of Attachmate, where he was responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing post-sale support globally, including maintenance renewals, professional services and technical support from December 2005 to July 2009. He joined NetIQ in 2004. Mr. Steinmetz served at BMC Software, where he served many positions, including Manager of Professional Services, Technical Services Director, Business Unit Field Director for the Scheduling and Output Management business units (European assignment) and Manager of Global Sales Support. He leverages his broad knowledge and expertise in the IT industry, inclusive of technical development and support, to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and English from La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pa.
