Michael Sullivan — Senior VP and GM of SaaS, IDOLl & Information Product Group at Micro Focus

Mr. Michael Sullivan, also known as Mike, has been Chief Executive Officer of Acquia, Inc. since December 2017. Mr. Sullivan served as a Senior Vice President and General Manager of SaaS, IDOLl & Information Product Group Micro Focus International plc. Mr. Sullivan responsible for the Information Management and Governance product portfolio. In addition, he is also responsible for Micro Focus' substantial portfolio of SaaS offerings. He has 25 years of focused experience in content management, archival solutions, electronic discovery and enterprise content governance solutions. He has extensive experience in building market-leading, high-growth SaaS organizations and has led the acquisition and integration of numerous companies in the course of his career. Prior to joining HP, he served as head of the Protect business unit at Autonomy, which delivered risk and compliance solutions to fortune 1000 companies. He arrived at Autonomy through the acquisition of ZANTAZ where he served as Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior to ZANTAZ, he was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Steelpoint Technologies which was a pioneer in developing technologies for the intelligent management of unstructured information until its acquisition in 2004. He was recognized by Ernst & Young as an Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist in both 2000 and 2004. He served as the General Manager of Protect Enterprise at Autonomy Corp. plc and served as its Chief Executive Officer of Autonomy Protect Enterprise Markets. Mr. Sullivan manages all aspects of operations including global infrastructure, data centers, customer and technical support, professional services and electronic discovery operations. Mr. Sullivan served as General Manager of HP Software SaaS at Autonomy Virage, Inc. Mr. Sullivan served as the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations & Services at ZANTAZ, Inc. He founded Steelpoint Technologies in 1993 and served as Chief Executive Officer and President until August 2004. He began his career as a Software Developer of Raytheon Company and held management positions at technology consulting companies focused on content management technologies. Mr. Sullivan serves as Chairman of SteelPoint Technologies. He was recognized twice by Ernst & Young as an Entrepreneur of the Year and is credited with helping Steelpoint. Mr. Sullivan is a graduate of Bentley College with Degrees in Computer Information Systems and Business Management.
