Mr. Tom Goguen serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of IT Operations Management Product Group at Micro Focus International plc. Mr. Goguen joined HPE in 2016 and he and his team are responsible for developing and delivering the industry's broadest set of IT operations management solutions for traditional IT, private, public and hybrid cloud environments, including data center automation, network operations management, IT service management automation, hybrid cloud management and automated monitoring, analysis and remediation for IT operations. He served as Chief Executive Officer at NewBay Software Limited where he led the turnaround and successful divestiture of the white-label cloud services provider for mobile operators. Mr. Goguen has over 20 years of mobile, cloud, social networking, server and desktop management software experience. He has experience leading global engineering, product management and marketing organizations at companies such as Research In Motion (RIM), Apple, BlackBerry and Sun Microsystems. He is a co-inventor on nine patents. Mr. Goguen holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics and Image Processing from the University of Ottawa.
