Compensation is absolutely NOT as advertised on this site. There is a lot of lack of transparency at Midigator.
Starts at the top! Get a direction and go. Quit floundering around & laying off people to cover your mistakes!
Meetings for meetings sake are pointless. Have take away action items to get completed! No more randomly scheduled company-wide meetings to address issues SOME employees have. Call them out and get things corrected. Listen to your customers and act on the feedback.
Training, innovation & leadership would be refreshing.
Company culture isn't developed from online contests or lunch and learn meetings. It is developed from interaction and engagement - The executive team wouldn't understand that.
Perhaps develop a hiring process.
Have a job description to guide the interview process.
The downward spiral keeps accelerating. Not certain this can be stopped.
Listen to customer feedback. Listen to employee feedback. Then prioritize solutions, communicate solutions and implement solutions.
