Great people to work with but bosses and managers are a different story.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
low pay no benefits and poor attitude from management. If your not in their click you dont matter
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They have groups of people they are friends with and groups of people they are not and i was clearly not in their group.
