What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great place to work at.
The leadership team is incredible. They are passionate about their role within the company, and it's evident that they care about their employees and their growth as well.
The executive team is a diverse group of leaders who each bring their own strength to the company that helps enable its growth.
They genuinely care about the culture and the employees
Some departments run better than others.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Working together among multiple departments. Creating a unified goal would go so far in the success of this company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall really good benefits package.
I like the student debt/loan repayment program. It helps retain those who are on the younger side.
The flexibility in work location and time off!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They have unorganized pay structure. Low-ball offers
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works together really well.
They are just like family
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meetings need to be concicse and have a direction. It seems as if many meetings take place and we have no idea why we are there or what it is for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is to be at a fast growing company.
There are lots of growth opportunities for hungry individuals.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The HR team was great and communicated.
Met with every Senior / Executive at the time. That was almost 10 years ago, not sure that is still the case, but I got to learn a LOT about all the departments, strategic goals, company culture from multiple perspectives and more.
It was organized, moved quickly, and each interviewer was well prepared. It was a great experience - challenging but fair
