What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership Reviews

Active with employees,Fairness is shown to employees

My supervisor I feel listens to my concerns.

Communication with employees and great managing and communication skills with employee and superior to meet deadlines and guidelines to ensure operations run smoothly for every department in Milwaukee company as a whole

Executice level is aware, engaged, pushing forward. They need and actively seek help to ensure future of company. Great vision. But middle management (feeling threaten by new smart people) is the primary blocker - should be dissolved mostly - lots of dead weight and meetings for meetings people.

They listen to their employees.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

More transparency. Promoting within. Employee retention efforts.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation Reviews

Employee matching contributions is nice

Excellent benefits and 401k matching is the only thing that keeps me there.

I like the insurance rates.

My insurance and 401K match are the best I have seen.

The best part about compensation is that it is not limited to how far you can go within the company there is no limit there is definitely an eye open for talented scale individuals for willing and wanting to take the company above and beyond

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Baselining at inflation rate. Bonus and/or equity should be standard part of package.

Company needs to pay its people more.

Better compensation in the US is needed. Even "Good" compensation is bare minimum.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

Professional experience is a definite plus work as a team

Training, willing to help each other

Collaboration and teamwork. Transparency and candidness

The best thing about our team is the ability to be able to ensure that operations are met and guidelines are fulfill so that our department intercompany continue to be successful as a company and grow!!!

Allied, proactive, direct, candid, fun, good people - we are actually friends for the most part. Hang out after work. Have each others personal cells. Know each others family in some cases.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

Advancement is available to anyone who wants to learn

A lot of emphasis on culture and diversity. Sometimes seems a bit too much of an emphasis on personality than that of people with the best skills.

Free coffee, culture coins?, candy everywhere

New people bring new ideas and new fire. Just gotta make sure middle management doesn't silence them. Things are changing.

On a whole, the company is positive. Some of the old guard my be getting intimidated by the growth of the teams. Everyone is willing to do what it takes to get the job done and help. 99% of the job is positive.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviews Reviews

Treated respectfully, with professional attitude and treatment

Structured, thorough but not to long, creative.

Knowing that if you get through it, the people on the other side are rad.

I interviewed with the team I would be working with, not human resource managers and upper management who aren't involved in the work.
