What makes you most happy at work?

My regular guests and new guests. Giving first class service.

Doing my job well and having people feel comfortable enough to talk to me and enjoy their time here.

Interacting with guests and travelers.

Guests always make me smile

How much the team and customers appreciate me

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Serving the guests food to half the table. It would be nice to serve all guests food at once so they can eat together.

Get new leadership at the upper levels

We need money sent to the cafe. We need our vendors to be paid. We need our refrigeration fixed. We need a new President and we need equality across the board.
