Mimi's Cafe Employee Reviews

I've been an employee for almost 8 years. My shift has gone to five days down to one day a week new employees are given more shifts than me. The working manager is constantly coming in late and we are having to fend for ourselves if some issues come up until she comes to work.

Mona is Very manipulative. She will smile in your face and stab you in the back. I was like over Mimi's without one right up she has Corporate in her pocket. I don't know how being that she's stealiing money from the company . Mona is a devil I'm sure she got her position by step over others !!!

Great plave to work good money, friendly peeps!

Was harassed by coworker and manager did not handle it. A very bad experienced. Worked very hard and never appreciated.

Management at the store level is great, no direction from corporate

The team in Chino California is amazing although they are constantly verbally abused by Mona. I've had three separate servers. Tell me they have nightmares of her yelling at them and the second they walk in They are scared. She takes her power to a different level and it is not right .

Always opem door policy and management easy to talk to

We are pushed to work hard but the environment is very encouraging.

Being supportive and helpful rather than aggressive and failing to take accountability for any problems that arise

Manager doesn't handle anything at the Rancho Cucamonga. People quit all the time.

My team was very strong hard workers could handle a lot fast work together friendly just good people I enjoyed working with them

Corporate needs to get off of their high horse and pay attention to ALL of the General Managers and the needs that they have for their cafes. (Not just the select few that they treat better than everyone else) Help us get the tools that we need and otherwise, leave us alone.

It wasn’t too difficult question wise, felt an easygoing ambienc

The ball got rolling very quickly. Some places take a week to do all the interviews. Mimi's was much faster.

The openness and will to share company goals as well aa issues

The managers that were with the company at the time were great. Unfortunately, they are no longer here.

Serving the guests food to half the table. It would be nice to serve all guests food at once so they can eat together.

Get new leadership at the upper levels

We need money sent to the cafe. We need our vendors to be paid. We need our refrigeration fixed. We need a new President and we need equality across the board.
