None that comes to mind

All server are experienced and have been there for years

Bringing back original dishes and keeping up with seasons

The team work and unity

The local team but everyone there despises corparate

Every one is very welcoming

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Corporate needs to get off of their high horse and pay attention to ALL of the General Managers and the needs that they have for their cafes. (Not just the select few that they treat better than everyone else) Help us get the tools that we need and otherwise, leave us alone.
