What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership of team is awesome and team spirit is looking during work the hard work and sweat the environment everything express how the leadership work there

Transparency, decent salary pay for employees, being proactive about protecting users and content producers

Rrsp contribution matching and a better insurance plan for mental health would be appreciated
This company has a habit of merging people into new positions with different/additional tasks while expecting them to maintain the same salary.
No transparency among employees and management have higher expectation
What are some of the best things about your team?
Its nice to work with people from all around
The company hires very well. Rarely do people not get along. Everyone is very enthusiastic and great to work with on a team as the majority are self-starters.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
more education, more common sense, less TV
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Carrer progress is ok. Could be better but no place is perfect. Colleagues are nice.
Outcasts and weirdos are welcome, even if you don't normally get into company culture you'll feel compelled to at MindGeek!

Actually sticking to the recruiting process and notifying applicants about their process. Virtually no one gets informed in case of a negative application
