The leadership team is very down-to-earth and approachable. They have great plans for the company and it's employees, which gives me assurance and makes me have faith and trust in their leadership.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has people from various backgrounds and different experience levels. We all have daily sync ups, work and non-work related. Sometimes we brainstorm ideas even while casual chats. Online set-up might have made it difficult for people to adjust, but my team ensures proper communication.
