I've been working a long time and MindTickle still made the interview process fun. I can't think of another company that's made it fun over the past couple decades.
What makes you most happy at work?
My boss treats me like a professional and has a personable style, but I also feel like I'm with the best company in this space and we'll beat the competition!!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My boss gives me all the room I need to do my job but is there when I need him. He's also very encouraging to the whole team, but especially new people.
