In Mindtickle we focus on work as well as personal life, as both are equally important. I enjoy my work, especially the events organised by HR team.

The discussions we very good and got to learn a lot of things from the interviewer, the interview was not focused on the requirements and my resume.

They are innovative in their approach and the focus of skill and personality development of each employee, on top of it all the leadership team is so approachable and helpful.

It's a well-organized and very collaborative TEAM, we are not individual contributes we work toward achieving a common goal and we are always in process of improving the product and helping each other.
