Mr. Mayger served as Managing Director of Minerals Technologies Inc. since October 2008. He served as Vice President and Managing Director of Performance Minerals Corp. since September 2008 until June 2011. He served as General Manager of Carbonates West and Vice President of Performance Minerals Corp. He joined Minerals Technologies in 2002 as Plant Manager in Lucerne Valley, California and in 2005, he served as Business Manager for the Western Region in 2005 and General Manager - Carbonates West in 2007. Before Minerals Technologies, he served as Vice President of Operations of Aggregate Industries from 1997 to 2002. He began his career with Allied Chemical, where he served as a Mining Engineer from 1981 to 1986. From 1986 and 1995, he served as a General Superintendent of Vulcan Materials Company and from 1995 to 1997, he served as a Director of Operations at Medusa Mining Ltd (Medusa Aggregates). Mr. Mayger received his early education at schools in Switzerland. Mr. Mayger holds a B.S. degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
