Mentoring of new and younger members is essential but left to the individuals to initiate rather than encouraged.
Things do change over time in every company. The pride of ownership in our work still remains but is getting to be strained.
The rank and file feel no personal engagement with the senior most people. In fact, the majority have never met the CEO and doubt they ever will.
