What do you like best about the leadership team?
The rank and file feel no personal engagement with the senior most people. In fact, the majority have never met the CEO and doubt they ever will.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
MTI does not value veteran employees. A lot of experience, history and culture leave every year.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The guys on the ground holding this plant together.
When the plan and strategy is coherent the teams perform well. Often, however, the goals are murky and/or make little sense as to how they will impact the company and the employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Mentoring of new and younger members is essential but left to the individuals to initiate rather than encouraged.
