- What makes you most happy at work?Being allowed to complete my work at a normal pace during regular working hours. Early morning, late nights, and overnight happen too frequently.

- What needs to change to make the company culture better?The behind the back conversations need to stop. They even mock client contacts if they find out something personal about them.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Benefits change annually. It takes until February to get new ID cards some years. I have been there for years and I am still not at the high range of the starting salary that was posted for my position.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Do something between meetings rather than just talking about doing something.
