Mr. Michael E. Diamond, also known as Mike, has been a General Manager of Payments Solutions at Mitek Systems, Inc. since January 2016 and serves as its Senior Vice President and served as its Chief Revenue Officer since September 2013 until January 2016. Mr. Diamond served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Mitek Systems Inc. since joining it on June 18, 2012 until September 2013. Mr. Diamond was responsible for driving sales and spearheading business development efforts for its mobile imaging software solutions. He served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Obopay Corporation from July 2008 to April 2012. He served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Obopay, Inc. since July 30, 2008. He was responsible for all Obopay business development related to the financial services market and led Obopay's growth initiatives with financial services partners. In addition to leading Obopay's business development teams, he was directly involved in negotiating partnerships with some of the top brands in the payments industry. He has more than 20 years of experience in financial services, business development and sales. Prior to Obopay, he served in senior business development roles at a number of global companies including IBM Corporation, where he led a worldwide team of business development managers within IBM Software Group. He joined IBM as a result of their acquisition of Alphablox, where he served as Vice President of Business & Corporate Development. Prior to IBM, Mr. Diamond served as Senior Vice President of Global Alliances and General Manager for S1 Corporation and was responsible for worldwide strategic partnerships and new market entry. He led early market development in Japan and Latin America for S1. Before joining S1, he held a variety of leadership roles at Edify Corporation. He also served in the United States Army Reserve during Operation Desert Storm and Operation Provide Comfort and was honorably discharged at the rank of Captain. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at MagicCube, Inc. Mr. Diamond holds Bachelor's Degree in business administration from St. Norbert College.
