Mr. Neil W. Duffin has been President of Exxonmobil Production Company since January 1, 2017. Mr. Duffin joined Mobil Oil Company in the North Sea, UK, in 1979 and has held a variety of managerial positions in production, operations and development. In 1992, he was named producing advisor for Europe and Africa of Mobil Oil Company. He served as the President of ExxonMobil Development Company, a subsidiary of Exxon Mobil Corp. from April 13, 2007 to January 1, 2017. In 1995, he was transferred to Aberdeen, Scotland, as operations and northern North Sea manager and he served as Senior Vice President of Mobil Oil Indonesia since 1998, with responsibility for exploration and producing operations throughout the country. Mr. Duffin served as Vice President of ExxonMobil Development Company since 1999. He served as Vice President of Africa at ExxonMobil Production Company since June 2004 until 2006, with responsibilities for the West Africa countries. He served as an Executive Vice President of ExxonMobil Development Company since August 2006. He is a graduate of Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, UK, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
