They were not ever around
Looking at the hiring rate of pay in New Hampshire before wasting so many years hiring new people every week. You wonder why so many people quit.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary and benefits are good.
I still benefit frim a nice retirement plan.
Very competitive with other Fortune 500 companies. Performance based.
Pension if I work a certain number of years.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The company needs to treat employees better then the employees would have better attitudes
Communication and following directions better
They need to hire reliable & willing to work people but again the only people willing to get paid 9.00 an hour are people who are lazy.

Striving to do the right thing in an industry seen as dark

Most of rhe people I interacted with were genuine and caring.

The company needs to care more about the employees
I have been with Mobil a while now as some would say lifer. And the best I can muster is the store owners. They are what crash or build a store. Now if they are distracted they will not pay attention where it is due. And again I have had amazing people want to work for Mobil until they see the pay.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Them hiring more help for us to get a couple of days off
