CEO does not understand the business and is not visible to the organization. Needs to realize that Mobqiuity is different than his old organization and start getting out there. Remove layers

Mobiquity has typically not promoted within sales - but rather hires from the outside. There is no clear career path or formal process

There is no real communication between co workers. People do not respect break times.

They need to keep people. If you are working for the company for more than a year, you are the only one!

HR is the poorest I ever saw. Onboarding is less than crappy and unplanned. Promises are never met, no communication between departments
