Cash bonuses have been really good.
Equitable and reasonable for market value.

Higher pay, better benefits including 401k match.

What are some of the best things about your team?
everyone has a say but not all say the same
Trust, compassion, team bonding, common goal
Really collaborative culture across consulting, design and software development as well as geographically with colleagues in Europe and India
Skilled, thoughtful, creative and talented.
It is a fun and inviting team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I love working with my coworkers, they're helpful! Some meetings could be more effective in a timely manner, but still it's efficient enough
There is no real communication between co workers. People do not respect break times.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
encouraging and open of for all
Employees have freedom as long as they remain accountable for their work
We celebrate pretty often. Good recognition programs for people that do something special. Very open and welcoming environment. We have people from more than 35 different countries working at Mobiquity.
Team members are shown they have value.
It is a fun culture and it is improving.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Engage more people apart from day to day activities. Introduce more employee benefits.

open and honest conversation, not a grilling
Communication - Mobiquity and the hiring manager did a great job of maintaining an open communication channel till the day I came onboard
We hire a lot of people due to our growth. Its hard to keep up with the pace.
In depth questions that sealed valued experience and knowledge.
