Ms. Amelia Generalis has been the Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President at Model N, Inc. since July 11, 2016. Ms. Generalis served as the Head of Talent at Anaplan, Inc. since September 18, 2013 and also served as its Head of Human Resources. Ms. Generalis lead the people strategy at Anaplan and guides the talent acquisition and development required to fuel Anaplan's explosive growth. She served as Senior Vice President of Employee Success at Achievers Corp. Ms. Generalis served as Global Director of Human Resources at Elo Touch Solutions, Inc., a provider of touch screen solutions. She served as Human Resources Leader at SuccessFactors, where she was responsible for leading the HR team that supported the global Cloud go-to-market strategy. Before SuccessFactors, she held human resources leadership positions at Elo, Electronic Arts, Shell Oil and the Ford Motor Company. Ms. Generalis holds a BA in Biology from the College of Charleston and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
